Provide technical support of Infineon high power products (discrete, module devices)with Si/SiC/GaN technologies, gate drivers in xEV related applications (Inverter, OBC/DCDC, CAV etc.) Bachelor/Master degree in power electronics, electric engineering. 5+ years working experience in automotive semiconductors or applications Hands-on experience on GaN/Si/SiC in xEV applications such Main Inverter, OBC, DCDC, CAV etc. Solid knowhow of power electronics device physics (Si, SiC. GaN etc), electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs etc. Deep knowhow of GaN and its application in automotive is preferred Good customer communication/presentation skills Fluent speaking & writing in English Team work, highly self-disciplined and innovative Willingness to travel We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
