Lead transfer projects as project manager or lead the volume coreteam in a global, multi-cultural setup; leading virtual teams from therelevant manufacturing sites, Engineering, Finance, Marketing andQuality. Contribute to product ramp-up (after transfer) and ensure wholeproduct lifetime considering the technical capabilities of correspondingsites (FE and BE) Post qualification ownership for product/system and change managementacross all functional areas after production release Act as business project leader for product transfers for definedproduct portfolio Operationally contribute to the focus teams in case ofproduction/quality deviations in FE or BE with clear root cause, ifdelivery impact is expected Define and implement supply chain and production concepts, integratelogistical requirements during product definition Identify cost or yield detractors through data analysis and driveimprovement actions. A degree in any relevant engineering field or science At least 5 years of functional experience in the semiconductorindustry in manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain Experience in working in multicultural organizations Knowledge & experience in industry environment of semiconductormanufacturing & automation; knowledge of industry standards, benchmarksand competitors A high degree of analytical skills: structuring of complex situationsconsidering dependencies and priorities Experience with the implementation of innovative solutions intechnology and product development, manufacturing, product transfer andconversions/changes Fluent skills in English.
