Develop, Deploy and Govern the Standard Production Management System includes Scheduling, Dispatching, Production performance measurement, Production reports and Shop-floor control methods within Backend globally. Possess deep knowledge with more than 5years experience in Industrial Engineering, Operational Research, WIP flow management and Production Management system. Develop, systemize and deploy optimized Engineering Sample WIP flow Management approaches to drive 4M (Machines, Man, Material and Methods) synchronization and contribute to the BE's T2M Goal. Lead & standardize BE ES production reporting & monitoring control system, be the key interface to Site ES & CSC, Factory Integration/IT team as Project Manager. Lead & drive BE Site ES team for ES benchmarking, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen initiatives to achieve best-in-class time to market. Orchestrate yearly target setting with all sites & DIV globally for key production speed performance indicators like Flow Factor, ES CT. Responsible to perform Data ETL (Extract-Transform-Load), data analysis & data visualization (Tableau) for Engineering Sample Benchmarking and Improvement Analysis. Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operational Research, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline with experience of 5 years of hands-on experience in Industrial Engineering (IE), WIP flow management, and Production Management Systems, preferably within a global manufacturing environment. Unlike standard mass production, the candidate must have specific experience managing Engineering Samples (ES) or New Product Introduction workflows. Ability to develop and deploy optimized WIP flow specifically for the unique constraints of engineering samples within Backend (BE) manufacturing. Technical proficiency in Data ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) processes to manage complex datasets. Hands-on expertise with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, to create dashboards for benchmarking and improvement analysis. Experience driving global initiatives and acting as the key interface between Backend sites, IT/Factory Integration teams, and supply chain.
