Bachelor or master degree in physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, material sciences, or a related field. Solid knowledge about power semiconductor devices; ideally experience with SiC. 5+ years of relevant working experience; ideally in the semiconductor industry. Proven project management experience; a formal Project Management certification (e.g. IPMA) as a plus. Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively using systematic problem solving frameworks (8D, Six Sigma) Strong communication skills, with fluency in English. An innovative mindset that encourages creativity and solution-oriented approaches in technical problem solving.
