What you can look forward to as Regional Product Manager (m/f/d):
- Lead regional product range development plans to meet KPIs derived from business and customer requirements.
- Manage the full product lifecycle for hardware products, including New Product Introduction (NPI), change management, and phase-out activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, quality, compliance, marketing) to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Ensure operational readiness (pricing, stock, service readiness) and provide support to Customer Service Desk for technical and commercial inquiries.
- Supports analyzing market trends and customer feedback to define product strategy and roadmap for our product Range.
Your Profile as Regional Product Manager (m/f/d):
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on physical products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to execute product strategies
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality standards.
