What you'll do

This position reports to the Design Team Leader or their designee; is located in Maranello, Italy. Responsible for design of F1 chassis related components and mechanical assemblies.

Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
Design of F1 chassis related components and mechanical assemblies.
Activity consists in the study and design of components through solid modelling, surface modelling and 2D drawing with the aim of obtaining high-performance, reliable solutions and optimized sizing.
The perimeter of the involved components is including suspensions, wheels, hydraulic, fuel and cooling systems, with also the equipment for the car homologation and its management on track-side (for instance legality checks, pit stop equipment, etc).

What you need

GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required.
Further education including Mechanical Engineer degree.
Minimum 6 years of work experience, 3 of which must be in a professional motorsports environment or F1 Companies.
