Provide support to the HSE function and to the HS&E Manager (RSPP).
Assist in conducting general and specific risk assessments.
Support the development of procedures and operating instructions within Environmental Management Systems and Health & Safety Management Systems.
Assist in managing mandatory and non-mandatory training processes.
Support the management of internal deadlines and legal compliance requirements.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Assist in the management of contractor companies (documentation, DUVRI, etc.).
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering (Safety, Industrial, Civil, Environmental, Management Engineering or related fields).
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within industrial settings, preferably with HS&E or RSPP/ASPP responsibilities.
Excellent knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08) and Environmental legislation (D.Lgs. 152/06).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good command of the English language.
NICE TO HAVE:
Knowledge of Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), as well as environmental regulations (e.g., waste management).
Minimum requirements for ASPP qualification.
Qualification as a Health & Safety Trainer according to D.I. 6/3/2013.
Knowledge of the German language.
