The Opportunity
As Director of Asset Management, you will take responsibility for maximising income, tenant performance, and long-term estate value. You’ll develop and execute leasing strategies, optimise the portfolio, and engage with a diverse occupier base while working closely with the CEO, CFO, and Development Director to deliver the masterplan.
Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver leasing strategies to optimise tenant mix across commercial, leisure, hospitality, R&D, automotive and aviation uses.
Drive portfolio performance through business plans, KPI reporting, and financial management.
Build strong tenant and stakeholder relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and income growth.
Collaborate with development and operations to integrate new projects into income-producing assets.
Lead and mentor the asset management team, fostering innovation and accountability.
Represent Bicester Motion with external stakeholders, industry bodies, and at events.
