The Role:
The Program Quality Engineer serves as the central point of contact for all quality-related matters for a defined program across the full lifecycle, from early development through manufacturing and into the field. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure segment-leading quality performance and customer satisfaction. The Program Quality Engineer will lead early issue identification and resolution, drive robust launch execution, and provide clear, data-driven insights to senior Quality and Program leadership. This position offers the opportunity to influence major product programs and to shape global quality planning processes and standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the central focus for the organization regarding vehicle quality for the assigned program across development, launch, production, and in-field phases.
- Perform early issue identification, tracking, and resolution to ensure segment-leading quality performance.
- Provide clear and timely communication to Quality leadership and key stakeholders on quality issues, risks, and status.
- Lead launch and current product problem-solving activities, driving robust containment and permanent corrective actions.
- Deploy quality deliverables according to planned development timing and program milestones.
- Work closely with the product team to identify and gather critical status updates for Quality reviews.
- Plan, facilitate, and maintain the integrity of materials for Quality Review meetings.
- Support the Program Execution Team (PET) with data-driven quality analysis and recommendations.
- Help facilitate Program team Pre-PIT / CPIT meetings, ensuring quality topics are clearly defined and addressed.
- Provide detailed analysis on issues to responsible champions for resolution and aggressively drive closure, including items related to warranty claims, captured test fleet (CTF), dealer concerns, VOC and other quality indicators.
- Analyze, project, and track warranty and customer survey information to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Plan and execute Quality Rides focusing on identifying issues and customer concerns.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of global quality planning processes, standards, and templates.
- Support Quality Deep Dives, Sector Reviews, and Quality Councils with robust data, insights, and action tracking.
- Support special quality investigations and studies as required.
- Create, develop, and champion strong relationships across multiple functions and regions to align on quality objectives and execution.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, or product development, with a focus on quality, reliability, or program management.
- Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, FMEA, control plans, problem-solving frameworks).
- Strong data analytical skills with the ability to manage, organize and interpret complex data (warranty, customer surveys, field data) and translate into clear actions.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and/or field teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

- Arabic Language
- Master’s degree in engineering, Quality, Business, or related discipline.
- Prior dealer, manufacturing or aftersales experience
- Experience with global, cross-regional teams and multicultural environments.
- Proven track record of improving key quality metrics (warranty, JD Power, customer satisfaction).
- Strong understanding of electronic systems, software, or advanced technologies (if relevant to the program).
