What you can look forward to as Office Assistant (m/f/d):
- Administration of post (mail) sending.
- Office supplies/equipment management.
- Company visits / events – support, meeting room reservations.
- Business trips - arranging and support with billing.
- Contract management – Scanning and archiving of signed contracts.
- Creating purchase requests.
- Company cars management (pool cars), reservations, hand over, inspections arrangements.
- Company cars milage evidence – data.
- Checking and ordering papers and toners for printers.
- Ordering lunches/snacks.
- Business card management, requests.
- Locker rooms management – distribution and evidence.
- ID cards management – distribution and evidence.
- Coordination and support of damage claims.
Your Profile as Office Assistant (m/f/d):
- Proficient in Czech (C2 level) and English (B2 level or higher).
- Organizationally skilled, attentive to detail, able to multitask.
- Familiar with office software (e.g., MS Office) and basic administrative procedures, skilled in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a structured workflow.
- Friendly and professional, with clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
- A team player, who can work collaboratively in an office setting while staying self-motivated during remote workdays.
