BMW Group South Africa is hosting a Yes4Youth (Y4Y) programme in 2026. The Y4Y Program is our commitment and a collaborative effort to address youth unemployment in South Africa, enabling youth to develop new skills and gain meaningful workplace experience. The program is tailored to empower participants with hands-on work experience in their chosen field.
The program is aimed at participants between the ages of 18 and 34, who have completed their studies; have not participated in a Y4Y program before, and are currently unemployed. Participants will be based in Gauteng at the following locations:
- Midrand Campus, Johannesburg, or
- Plant in Rosslyn, Pretoria.
- Menlyn (BMW IT HUB), Pretoria
Qualifications, Fields of Study:
A University Degree or National Diploma in the following career streams:
- Business Administration/ Management Administration/ MBA
- Business Management
- Communications
- Finance, Accounting. Economics, Investments, Internal Auditing or Tax Degree
- Human Resources, Industrial Psychology
- LLB/Law
- Labour Law
- Marketing
- Analytics/ Business Analytics
- Informational Technology (IT) Qualification - JAVA; Information Systems degree; SAP System certificate; ABAP Certification, K1 experience level, Computer Programming, Coding
- Information Science (Multimedia)
- Informatics
- Graphic Design with major in UI/UX
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Data Science
- Health Services Management
- Political Sciences/ Economics
- BSc/ BEng/ BTech Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Civil
