MISSION
Maserati is seeking a Motorsport Brand Manager to support the development, coordination and execution of brand and marketing activities within the racing team. The role plays a key part in ensuring consistency across communication, events, partner management and client engagement, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
This position requires strong organizational and execution skills, the ability to collaborate across multiple functions, and a proactive, hands-on attitude suited to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Support the definition and implementation of the Motorsport brand strategy in line with Maserati Corse and Maserati brand objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (communication, social media, events, engineering, sales, sporting direction) to ensure alignment and seamless cross-functional coordination.
- Act as a point of reference for the Head of Maserati Corse, helping anticipate needs and facilitate workflow.
- Manage and monitor the Motorsport marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and accurate reporting.
- Supervise editorial plans and social media content in partnership with external agencies.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of Motorsport events, managing suppliers, partners and agencies.
- Assist the Head of Maserati Corse in the preparation of strategic presentations for top management.
- Collaborate with broader Maserati functions to ensure brand consistency and integration of initiatives.
- Support the management of high-profile client relationships (Top Clients, HNW/UHNW), ensuring best-in-class experience and acting as brand representative when required.
- Coordinate test drives and experiential activities dedicated to prospects and clients.
- Serve as a daily point of contact for the internal team on brand-related activities, contributing to problem-solving and project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or related fields.
- 4–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing or communication roles, ideally in Motorsport, automotive or luxury industries.
- Experience in organizing events and managing high-profile or international clients.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude and ability to perform in dynamic environments.
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
