Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant experience campus recruitment and graduate hiring. Hands-on experience with relevant social media, events and recruiting channels. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Talent Application System. Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally across various levels within the organization. Ability to inspire others to achieve high standards and agile in adapting to changes. Ability to be decisive, and ensure fast implementation. Keen eye for detail and process and being time-sensitive to projects and task deliverables.
