In order to be prepared for your path as Senior Integration Developer (all genders), you have the following qualifications in your luggage:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field, and at least 3+ years of experience in integration development with hands-on expertise in iPaaS platforms
Passion for building and evolving integration landscapes, with deep expertise in building REST APIs, implementing event-driven architectures, and leveraging integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or Azure Integration Services to enable seamless enterprise connectivity (certifications are a plus)
Expertise in integration quality, security, and lifecycle management - ensuring solutions adhere to enterprise standards and best practices.You drive quality through code reviews, automation and cross-team collaboration. You provide technical leadership and coordinate with global delivery teams to ensure consistent delivery and shared best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a strong plus
Your way of working is analytical and solution-oriented, paired with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively across teams in a dynamic environment
