About the Team
We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Kunshan.
What you can look forward to as Purchasing Intelligence Specialist::
- Maintain accurate procurement data by regularly reviewing and updating systems and reports to guarantee consistency and reliability.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI to visualize key procurement metrics such as cost analysis, supplier performance, and project progress.
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and support cost optimization and process improvements.
- Design and deploy digital tools leveraging Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Business Line, Finance, Operations and etc.) to ensure data solutions align with business objectives.
- Document processes and solutions to ensure sustainability and smooth knowledge transfer.
Your Profile as Purchasing Intelligence Specialist:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in digital system development with strong proficiency in low-code platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate); familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, capable of designing reports and creating data visualizations independently.
- Work Style: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Good collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a global team; fluent in English (written and spoken).
