Support project coordination, working closely with the HR Project Coordinator, as well as local and regional stakeholders, to coordinate and execute project plans. Assist with the creation of presentations and other content in preparation for senior leader presentations. Prepare, facilitate, and moderate various HR meetings and workshops, including driving the action items to closure. Participate in special projects and perform other job-related activities, as needed. Support tracking and reporting of HR KPIs. Current status of enrollment in a Human Resources, Business, or related field program (BS required, MS preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills (i.e., written communications, public speaking, etc.). Strong knowledge and interest in HR practices and current trends, and general project management skills. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with strong analytical skills and strategic mindset. Creative mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity. Ability to maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information. Proficient-intermediate experience in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Hold yourself to high standards of ethics and integrity.
