The Role
The Motorsports Chief Engineer for the Chevrolet NASCAR program leads the technical vision, development, and execution of Chevrolet’s competitive engineering strategy in NASCAR’s top-tier series. This role is responsible for delivering race-winning performance through advanced vehicle systems integration, data-driven development, and close collaboration with race teams, sanctioning bodies, technical partners, and internal engineering groups.

15+ years of motorsports engineering experience, in NASCAR at a leadership level.

Proven leadership in vehicle development and race engineering.

Deep understanding of NASCAR technical regulations and competition dynamics.

Expertise in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, CFD, FEA) and data acquisition systems.

Strong communication and project management skills.
