WHAT: As a Business Planner, you will serve as the strategic partner for leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective execution across the organization.
HOW: Supporting the leaders and the broader organization to make it happen for our plants and customers.
Work Arrangement - Onsite
The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. This role requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Partner with Sr. Managers in the Global Manufacturing Electrical & SDV organization to organize and run the business including All People Meetings, events, and special assignments
- Execute internal business processes for the organization including a variety of special assignments
- Support the development, execution, and tracking of the business planning strategy including the Level 2 Business Plan Deployment (BPD)
- Develop and deliver presentations for all levels of leadership
- Foster a forward-thinking, people-first work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience related to Manufacturing processes, project management, or business operations
- Ability to lead through influence by building trust, fostering collaboration across functions, and guiding stakeholders toward shared objectives without direct authority
- Proven ability to communicate professionally and concisely to all levels of leadership
- Demonstrated project management prowess, with an understanding of future automotive systems and the evolution of automotive technologies.
- Start-up mentality - be tenacious, adaptable, and curious. Lead projects through the entire creative lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
