Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Be responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification, release Also take ownership for Test equipment stability sustaining and improvement including but not limited to equipment setting/qualification/PM etc Would also need to work on spare management Coach and lead technician team for equipment normal sustaining and production running Responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification, release Test equipment stability (EQ setup, buy off, PM) Spare management Conform to all health and safety, security and quality systems related equipment. Liaison with IFX global counterparts to ensure a good communication and timely support from the overseas; Extend working scope to engage into new subcons different testers enabling by leverage Unisem Chengdu experience. Coach new members and technician team for machine sustaining. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor Degree and above with 5 years working in experience semiconductor industry Experience in Subcontractors management. Experience in Device Testing ,Processes and Procedures or technology development Familiar with tester setting up/qualification/sustaining etc. Understanding of assembly equipment and process Knowledge of manufacturing or production trends and strategy Interfaces with other Functional team (Planning, Logistics, Product Eng., Test Development Eng., Quality) and Subcontractors (Engineering, Planning, Quality, Logistics) * Project management skills and knowledge of product development processes #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
