Manage the full lifecycle of code changes from development to deployment, including code reviews, testing and operations. Establish robust monitoring and logging mechanisms using tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, proactively identify and address performance issues and security threats. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to DevOps engineers, empowering them to achieve excellence in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the team. 6 -10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience implementing distributed applications in a container environment (Docker/Kubernetes). Strong programming with Python, Golang or C/C++. Hands-on experience with Event Driven Architecture. Exposure to storage skills: NFS, Object Storage. Experience with Redhat Openshift will be a plus. Good experience with Alerting and Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Jager etc. Good experience with middleware like RabbitMQ, Kafka etc. Basic experience with big data solutions like Elastic. Basic experience with Analytical and Reporting solutions like Tableau, Grafana etc. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-based environment.
