Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Systematic set-up of the QM customer intimacy framework together with other related functions like marketing, regional sales and quality including strategic planning, scheduling of and regular participation in customer meetings globally Systematic provision of customer information material including product quality and reliability related value proposition Building a trustful relation with our GCO key customers by regular interactions in all phases of the product lifecycle Proactive capturing and understanding of customer quality and reliability requirements making sure that those requirements are properly reflected in all phases of the product lifecycle Jointly elaborating ways of fast product qualification with the customer, while keeping IFX quality standards at its highest level Professional and effective handling of crisis situations in case of deviations and customer escalations Analysis of customer feedback and driving of continuous improvement activities Mentoring and consultation of the GCO QM organization in navigating demanding customer situation Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: You are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority. You promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work. You set yourself ambitious goals.
