Work Arrangement
This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Headquarter building in Shanghai, China at least three times per week.
The Role -
The GM China Communications team is seeking a motivated and creative intern to support cross-team initiatives. This internship focuses on video planning and editing, program management, and onsite execution. The ideal candidate will contribute fresh ideas and energy to our dynamic team while developing essential skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do -
- Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content for internal and external communications.
- Utilize AI tools and stay updated on the latest social media trends and applications.
- Support onsite program management of events, campaigns, and video productions, ensuring effective coordination across teams.
- Assist with media assets development including messaging, translation, clipping reports, and other assignments as needed
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, collaborating with various departments.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, visual design, TV or film directing, digital media production or a related field.
- Proven experience in video planning and editing, including familiarity with editing software.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance video and communication projects.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and applications.
- Accountable and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Creative thinker, able to generate innovative ideas for video and communications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
