Senior Product Manager - Internationalization
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week, at minimum. This position will be located at: Cole Engineering Center in Warren, MI or the Technical Innovation Center in Mountain View, CA.
The Role
We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to drive internationalization initiatives across global product teams. In this role, you will own the long-term product vision and set the strategic direction for internationalization, balancing local requirements, developer needs, business objectives, and regulatory compliance. You will develop and implement strategies that enable rapid launches of new software experiences and vehicles in diverse marketplaces.
As a key influencer, you will lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Engineering, Program, Design, and Product Management teams to deliver platform services that meet customer and business needs. Acting as the voice of the developer, you will ensure best-in-class internationalization standards across all products. This position requires leveraging data, research, and market analysis to define and prioritize a roadmap spanning multiple initiatives, while fostering a data-driven culture and establishing metrics to measure success.
What You'll Do

Own the long-term product vision, setting strategic direction for internationalization across international product teams and surfaces, balancing local requirements, developer needs, business objectives, and regulatory compliance.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure our internationalization products and platform services enable the business launch new software experiences and vehicles in new marketplaces quickly and easily.

Lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders encompassing Legal, Engineering, Program, Design, and Product Management to create platform services that meet customer and business needs.

Act as the voice of the developer, ensuring platform services meet best-in-class internationalization needs and expectations, even when you don’t directly own the product.

Actively monitor emerging trends, incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform, define, prioritize, and drive execution of product roadmap that spans multiple internationalization initiatives.

Help drive a data-driven culture and establish and monitor key metrics to measure the effectiveness of internationalization initiatives.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of product management experience

Proven ability to define product strategy and drive cross-functional execution.

Strong analytical and communication skills; adept at influencing technical and business stakeholders.

Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with executive leadership and functional teams to drive innovation and adoption.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA, Computer Science, AI, or related discipline).

Background in automotive, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial software environments.

The salary range for this role is $103,000 to $186,200. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
