Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: In this role, you will drive project governance and portfolio management, implement digital tools, and collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure successful outcomes. Design, review and implement project governance processes as support for pipeline and project portfolio management activities Develop and deploy digital tools and systems to enhance portfolio management, including data analytics, visualization, and reporting Evaluate and report on process adherence and tool usage KPIs, identifying gaps and improvement focus points Act as the contact person for first-level support for Project Pipeline Tools within the organization Collaborate with internal teams, gathering business requirements and promoting best practices Assist in project support activities, taking ownership of specific project management tasks Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional who is eager to take ownership, drive initiatives, and contribute to the efficiency of our team. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management or a related field At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a Project Management Office (PMO) role Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks and PowerPoint for presentation of results Familiarity with project management and data tools, such as Klusa, Jira, Denodo, or Tableau, is considered a plus Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making Proactive and adaptable working attitude, with the ability to thrive in new situation Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information effectively to stakeholdersPlease send us your CV in English.
