Creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans, considering existing orders for the next 6 months and in consultation with Business Demand Planner Implement allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines, including coordinating with Customer Logistics, Capacity Alignment Planner and Product Marketing Involvement in solving logistics aspects within task forces for product and production problems Participation in projects related to supply chain processes, tools and change management Coordination within the division, introduce and represent division specific aspects in projects; responsible for implementing decisions made in the project Make use of production flexibility within the local SCM organization and across divisions with other Capacity Alignment Planners Manage production requirements for the capacity groups including coordinating compliance with the capacity available to the respective division Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial/Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computing, data analytic, AI machine learning Business focused with strong planning, coordination and analytical skills Good communication skills (written and verbal), time management and organizational skills Working knowledge of supply chain and material management concepts Experience in planning and inventory management in semiconductor industry High complexity, requires excellent coordination and communication skills to convey information to various functions/teams within Infineon Supply Chain Strong negotiation skills.
