Involves in all the Project coordination meetings to assure the proper execution, countermeasures and timing accomplishment for Pilots and readiness for Start of Production.
Follow up to actions to assure best quality in Station, address issues correction that affect quality.
Follow up on Safety regulations and actions to be taken from WHS department, WHS conversations, 5 S’s, green tags and compliance.
Manage documentation, WDs, manuals, back ups of his area of responsibility.
Take action to eliminate scrap.
Control 5 S’s in his area of responsibility.
Manage consumables according to budget and compliance of financial targets.
Spare Parts Management Support, List of Spares, follow up to critical parts, report on needs and assure he has everything to comply maintenance activities.
Involves 100% in all the Project Stella requirements to review layouts, technical proposals and buy off of the equipment.
All the maintenance supervisors report in dot line to the PMM in topics related to maintenance activities compliance, all communication will be through the Maintenance Production Manager or the two general supervisors of the shift.
5 years' experience
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics.
ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, and COMAU robots.
ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet, and PILZ communication networks.
Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs.
Advanced knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding.
Advanced knowledge of Power and Free, Chain-on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems.
Advanced knowledge of SCA Schucker and Nordson sealing and adhesive systems.
GD&T knowledge.
Knowledge of induction curing systems.
Knowledge of crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems.
