Job Description
As HR Manager you will be the first point of contact for all HR communication, ensure that all day-to-day duties and responsibilities are proactively undertaken and that all relevant professional standards are met.
This role includes various responsibilities towards supporting and building strong relationships with the employees from Stellantis N.V., managers and HR colleagues worldwide and manage a variety of HR policies, procedures and practices within Stellantis N.V and LeapmotorJV.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all topics around payroll, employee relations, HR administration, recruitment, company cars, employee engagement and maintaining and improving HR systems.
- Developing and implementing policies, systems and processes within Stellantis N.V and Leapmotor JV.
- Ensure the onboarding and offboarding process is handled in a professional manner to ensure everyone is consistently treated fairly.
- Manage application process. Posting job vacancies, contact with recruitment partners, evaluating resumes, plan and conduct interviews and working with department managers to select ideal candidates. Advice and preparing on salaries, contract, working conditions etc.
- Ensure employment law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development are applied.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
- Responsible together with the external payroll consultant that the salaries are paid correctly and on time.
- Initiate salary reviews conform the budget and align with the managers and global HR.
- Frequent contact with the accounting department (in Italy) about invoices, cost centers, payroll topics, etc.
- Managing pension and benefits/insurance administration.
- Developing and managing effective employee communication, act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Building a strong business relationship with internal stakeholders all over the world, to make sure your perspective is fully represented in the decision making.
- Ensure that employees follow the training provided by Stellantis Global and support the team in translating new training courses into Dutch languages.
- Supporting employees in the moving process between different entities within Stellantis worldwide, including immigration process, expat ruling, etc.
- Budget responsible.
- Travel Manager for all entities in the Netherlands.
- Support employees who are temporarily unable to work due to illness or other circumstances. Coordinate the absence process, draw up reintegration plans and monitor the progress of recovery.
- Participating in different HR projects local and global, responsible for completing different internal/external reports.
- Organizing employee events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR role with payroll activities and familiar with working in a large matrix organization.
- Good understanding of the Dutch Labor Law.
- Fluent level of Dutch and English both spoken and written.
- Experience with ADP iHCM and Workday.
- Pro-active, can-do mentality and able to prioritize multiple tasks, handle pressure and work independently.
- Leads with integrity and encouraging collaboration with different department worldwide.
- Open to a 32 hours per week contract
