Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: As a Senior Digital Design System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our design systems and fostering collaboration between designers and developers to elevate our front-end development standards and deliver high-performing, reusable components. Develop and maintain reusable web components using Stencil.js and SaSS, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects Ensure seamless integration of stencil components with modern frameworks like React, Angular Integrate and manage design system components with tools such as Figma and Storybook to align design and development efforts seamlessly Help integrate and document the design system components in Storybook, and keep guidelines, examples, and usage notes up to date Create accessible and responsive interfaces by championing accessibility principles and leveraging modern CSS features and preprocessors such as Sass and Less Collaborate closely with designers, developers and other stakeholders Conduct thorough testing by actively participating in end-to-end, integration, and unit testing to ensure reliability and quality of deliverables Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: You are a collaborative professional with a passion for design, technology, and community. Adaptable and proactive, you approach challenges with creativity and a focus on inclusivity, making a positive impact within diverse teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development or a related field At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining robust design systems or component libraries for scalable web applications Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Web Components (Stencil), CSS (including Grid, Flexbox, preprocessors), and integration with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) Experience in building, optimizing, and integrating reusable components, including performance techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting Practical knowledge of state management (Redux, Vuex, Context API), accessibility principles, responsive design, and use of tools such as Git, Storybook, Figma Enthusiastic about fostering an inclusive, team-oriented environment, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English Please send us your CV in English.
