We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources & Operations team in GM Israel for a temporary maternity leave cover . This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute to the success of a leading global company.
As an HRBP, you will partner closely with leaders and employees across the organization to drive key HR initiatives, support organizational development, and foster a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for delivering HR solutions that align with business goals, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global policies.
What will YOU do?

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Lead and support organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and talent management strategies.

Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development programs in alignment with global HR practices.

Collaborate with global Centers of Expertise (COEs) on compensation, talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations.

Provide guidance on local labor law compliance and manage employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.

Support organizational design, job architecture, and transformation efforts.

Utilize Workday to manage HR processes and data effectively.

Contribute to maintaining a strong, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree – an advantage).

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organization, preferably within an American corporate environment.

Deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, and HR operations.

Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and HR best practices.

Hands-on experience with Workday platform.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English and Hebrew.
