- Account Management & Customer Relationship
 
- Sales Performance & Business Development • Drive sales performance with existing accounts and oversee price positioning to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets. •Identify new business channels & opportunities through market analysis and competitor insights to support strategic expansion i.e. workshop network coverage
 
- Supply Chain & Operations •Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and stock optimization. •Support order fulfilment and maintain high operational efficiency
 
- Marketing & Product •Partner with internal and customer teams to execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches. •Plan and organize product training sessions and provide sales tools to strengthen customer engagement and sales performance.
 
- Sales Strategic Planning & Reporting •Lead business reviews and align strategies with internal management and customer stakeholders. •Analyze sales performance and market trends to guide decision-making and strengthen regional partnerships.
 
- Liaise with Product Management to develop new products for the aftermarket, and ensure the warranty is processed rapidly and efficiently
 
Your Profile as Key Account Manager-CV:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
 
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, or customer relationship management, preferably in the industrial or automotive sector.
 
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint and sales reporting tools is preferred.
 
- Bilingual ability (English & Thai) is a must.
 
- Skills Preferred: •Business & Analytical Skills: Strong commercial and analytical acumen to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
 
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and sustain long-term customer partnerships.
 
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and solutions-oriented in addressing customer issues, operational challenges, and market demands.
 
- Strategic Execution: Able to translate business goals into actionable account strategies and deliver measurable results.
