About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in the Production Dept. at our location Guangzhou.
What you can look forward to as Operator:
- Complete product tasks on time according to operational procedures and process requirements.
- Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities as required.
- Understand and maintain 5S and HSE standards in the work area.
- Conduct first-piece sampling inspection for each shift.
- Report abnormalities, including machine failures, material defects or shortages, product quality issues, and safety concerns.
- Participate in activities aimed at improving production efficiency, product quality, and cost control.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor based on work needs.
Your Profile as Operator:
- Able to complete tasks assigned by the direct supervisor on time.
- Capable of operating electromechanical equipment and using measuring instruments.
- Visual acuity of 1.0 or above is required for inspection stations.
- Education: High school diploma or above.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
