Mission
The Master Plan Manager leads strategic projects within the plant to achieve best-in-class performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Environment & Energy. This role is responsible for developing and coordinating the Industrial Master Plan and Mid Term Plan activities, ensuring alignment with mid- and long-term goals. The manager synthesizes plant performance, defines priorities, and ensures activities are tracked and aligned with strategic targets, including Total Production Cost and 'Want to Be' objectives.
Reports to Plant Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and deployment of the plant's Master Plan and bench initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to improve operational KPIs.
• Monitor and report plant performance, defining strategic priorities.
• Oversee investment tracking and ensure alignment with cost strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in project and program management.
• Fluent in English.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of plant operations, financial basics, and Stellantis Production Way methodologies/WCM/Lean Manufacturing methodology.
