Warehouse Coordinator (m/f/d)
We are looking for a new colleague in our logistics team in Pinetown.

What you can look forward to as Warehouse Coordinator (m/f/d):
- Picking and packing goods for customers, delivering orders to customers and organizing deliveries through transport companies
- Monitor stock levels and order goods from local main warehouse
- Check backorders in the ERP system, run daily backorders reports
- Create picking lists and invoices for orders as well as ensure regular housekeeping of the warehouse
- Offload incoming shipments and receive goods in the ERP system as well as maintain health and safety standards in the warehouse
- Conduct weekly stock cycle counts and report variances as well as answer incoming calls
- Checking stock availability and creating orders in the ERP systems
- Any reasonable ad-hoc tasks as required by Solid Line Manager or Branch Manager.
Your Profile as Warehouse Coordinator (m/f/d):
- Matric, grade 12 and Certificate on completed logistics training
- Valid CODE 8 driving license and 5 years active driving experience
- Valid forklift license and 2 years experience with operating a forklift
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including business email communication
- Good administrative skills
- PC literate and Basic knowledge of Excel
- Able to work in a team and under pressure as well as attention to detail
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory
