We are looking for a highly talented Employee Experience Specialist to join our HR team! As an Employee Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment. In this hands-on role, you’ll help bring people together, drive engagement, and keep our company culture alive and vibrant. What will YOU do? • Manage and execute various projects and initiatives that enhance our employees’ experience. • Partner with local teams to plan and execute social and team events. • Oversee end-to-end operations, including budget management, planning, and execution. • Collaborate and negotiate with a variety of vendors. • Coordinate and support all training sessions and professional courses on-site in Israel, including logistics, communication and more. Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) • Currently a student pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Communications, or similar). •Experience in an employee experience or similar role within the high-tech industry. •Experience in the end-to-end execution of large-scale welfare activities and events. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. •Design capabilities in Canva. What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) •Previous experience in HR or Internal Communications.
