Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Execute our regional distribution strategy for all automotive products in coordination with the global distribution marketing, sales, business lines and other divisions Identify further growth opportunities for automotive products in the distribution market Derive proposals for business models, go-to-market materials, tools and products with high potential for growing the distribution business Define target applications in your region which will provide strong growth potential in the distribution channel Participate in trade shows and customer events to promote Infineon's products Identify and develop business at innovative accounts called game changer in your region Strengthen relationship with Sales, Account Management, Regional Marketing, global Distribution Marketing and other internal stakeholders This position is suitable for full-time and part-time. Your Profile You are personally committed to the customer’s concerns, award them a high priority and focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both sides. You remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole, recognize opportunities and have a good sense for profitable business ideas.
