We are looking for a Lead Principal High-voltage Technologies expert to support our teams in the development of innovative solutions. As part of our team, you will play a key role in building a high-voltage community within Infineon, leading project-related work and performing measurements in the lab. Job Description In your new role you will: Establish and lead a high-voltage community to promote the exchange of knowledge and experience including requirement capturing for technologies and products Create and adopt defined standards, measurement and monitoring strategies including the equipment roadmap according to the product needs Carrying out measurements in the laboratory and setting up other necessary measuring stations Collaborate with various technologies and interfaces to develop innovative solutions Communicate with internal and external partners to achieve company goals Be persuasive and able to communicate complex technical concepts Your Profile As a Lead Principal for High Voltage Technologies, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. Lastly, you communicate openly, clearly, and coherently.
