Job Description As a Senior Manager in Digital Verification, you will lead a team responsible for delivering advanced digital verification work packages. You will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of team projects, ensuring high-quality results and alignment with project goals. By combining technical expertise with strategic leadership, you will play a key role in driving innovation, fostering collaboration across international and cross-functional teams. In your new role you will: Lead a team to deliver digital verification work packages in a Mixed-Signal context (AMS IP’s, subsystems) for Infineon business lines worldwide Organize, plan and support for all projects executed in the team Manage competency and methodology development of the team at the competence center level Handle people development and allocation of the right competency to the projects supported Ensure continuous improvements to be state of the art in methodology and skills Drive evaluation of new tools and methods to improve efficiency in verification and validation tasks Drive collaboration across different functional teams locally and worldwide to achieve project success Develop and execute strategy to maintain as competence center in verification and validation Support project managers in achieving project targets in verification and validation work packages Support functional management to achieve key goals and targets for the verification and validation competence center Your Profile As a natural leader, you possess sound judgment and excel at motivating team members to perform at their best. Your expertise in coaching and mentoring allows you to guide and develop individuals while fostering a collaborative and team-oriented work environment. You thrive in working closely with international and cross-functional integrated project teams, ensuring synergy and outstanding results.
