Key responsibilities:
On the following perimeter : worldwide Importers & General Distributors - all Stellantis brands :
- Lead the IT projects (multi-domains) related to new importers/markets, mergers, carveout and transitions (from NSC to importers).
- Support programs on specific domain (e.g. Part & Services) as IT importers entry point.
- Manage the continuous integration between Stellantis IT systems and worldwide importer systems (IMS).
- Regularly communication to the business, regions, importers and IT including senior management.
- Collaborate closely with other teammates, supplier’s teams, PMO and all stakeholders (business, regions, importers and IT).
- Act as the primary point of contact to worldwide Importers & General Distributors in linked with the IT support team.
Qualifications:
- Project Manager experience (cross-domains coordination)
- Experience of Automotive.
- Experience on complex and international IT projects (external partners, multicultural environment).
- Team or project management experience (organization, budget, planning, etc.).
- Team spirit, flexibility, positive mindset.
- Strong communication skills, being able to communicate with all levels in the organization and various stakeholder (partners, ICT suppliers, business, etc.).
- Being able to work on various tasks at the same time.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (verbally and written).
- Active knowledge of Microsoft tools especially Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
