Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Drive innovation: You support the development and testing of our LITIX™ Color Mixing Library for automotive interior lighting applications, working with state-of-the-art LED technology Take responsibility: You help set up and configure new system verification setups for upcoming hardware platforms including lab equipment integration Shape the future: You prototype support for new hardware platforms and new communication protocols and support PC tool development Lifelong learning: You enhance our CI/CD pipeline and development environment Teamwork is dreamwork: You collaborate with the team to address technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Study field: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and C programming, basic understanding of embedded systems and communication protocols. Knowledge of LED technology, color science and measurement principles are a plus Experience: Hands-on experience with modern development tools (Git, VS Code, Linux/Docker), embedded programming and lab equipment (e.g. climate chambers, spectrometers) is preferred Personality: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and passion to learn and to contribute to innovative projects Way of working: Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges while collaborating effectively in an agile team environment Language skills: Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
