Job Purpose
American Honda Finance Corporation is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist for our Insurance Services division. The Insurance Services Marketing Specialist will support the omni-channel marketing programs for the Honda Insurance Solutions agency. They will produce and maintain digital assets, as well as manage marketing campaigns, to support the growth of the insurance business. They will collaborate with internal teams and interface with agencies and vendor partners to optimize and analyze campaign performance, enhancing the customer journey and meeting AHIS business goals.
Key Accountabilities
Key Accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
Campaign Execution and Optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, strategic partners, and agencies to execute marketing campaigns that drive leads through the sales funnel
Website and Content Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to maintain and enhance content and capabilities for brand websites, mobile properties, and other digital efforts.
Performance Reporting and Budget Support
Assist in the development of annual marketing budgets and forecasts
Agency Programs and Initiatives Support
Assist with communications, collateral, and events to support and promote AHIS to consumers, dealerships, and associates.
Contribute to the Insurance Department and AHFC by involvement with ad hoc research and reporting assignments as needed
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Education Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required in marketing, advertising, or related field
Minimum Experience:
Work experience must include 3+ years in advertising or marketing. Experience with insurance, financial services, and/or automotive manufacturer preferred.
Proven track record in collaborating with various organizational departments and external vendors to build and administer marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to write creative briefs and draft or proofread written materials.
Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
Other Job Specific Skills:
Strong written, verbal, creative, and organizational skills
Project management and attention to detail, experience with project management and marketing automation tools
Digital marketing experience in email marketing, paid search, SEO, and social media marketing
Experience with campaign analytics and website content management
Experience in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other creative design software
Working Conditions
Onsite- Workstyle 80/20 (4 days in office 1 day remote) Seeking for candidate to report to our Torrance, CA or Irving, TX location
