Position Objective:
Support of financial projects in order to strengthen the Porsche brand representation and Porsche business development in Latin America in cooperation with the Porsche headquarters in Germany, Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA, and all importers of Porsche Latin America, Inc.
Primary Responsibilities:
Data extraction from SAP systems
Data analysis and reporting of open items lists
Process optimizations including corporate credit cards management, expense reports and business travel reporting
Continuous monitoring, reporting and trouble shooting of topics regarding importers’ accounts as well as suppliers
Processing, verifying and coding of invoices/expense reports in database systems (Zycus, SAP and Concur)
Management of daily activities for the company's credit card transactions, including payment-processing, filing, and associated support functions
Assists the finance manager with month- end closing
Other duties as assigned
Physical requirements:
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.

Education:
Recent graduate or Juniors/Seniors currently attaining Bachelor’s Degree in Business with focus on Finance/Accounting, or comparable study is required. Current Master’s Degree studies or completion preferred
Languages: English (required), German, Spanish and French are beneficial
Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to solve advanced problems and trouble-shoot complex issues
Proficient computer skills in SAP and Microsoft office applications, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Adobe
Proactivity and ability to work independently
Ability to multitask
Proficient working in a multi-cultural environment
Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
