This is a part-time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 12, 2026 through May 15, 2026 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
Support BMW’s future marketing strategies and current marketing initiative with focus on identifying target audiences, connecting marketing data to inform strategic decisions and fostering a collaboration model between marketing channel leaders. The role will work closely with various departments bringing together a holistic strategy to bring BMW forward against the competition.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Project management support on use case implementation and maintenance (coordinating tasks / dependencies across agency teams, updating manager with to-dos, flags, status)
- Reporting / insight generation support on key use cases and PoCs (support agency and internal team members on reviewing data (potentially querying data, applying SQL, etc), deducing insights and preparing presentations on findings
- Prepare process documentation on collaboration model operation
- Ad hoc research and analysis on relevant technology / privacy / industry topics with deck preparation / presentation on findings
- Implementation of personalized CRM campaigns including dynamic offers
- Project management in email-to-site personalization use case activation
- Ad hoc presentations on key research topics (ie, cookie deprecation, durable identifiers, CDP implementation, etc)
- Deck and documentation on collaboration model processes, including proposed optimizations
- Collaboration on reporting tasks and deck preparation (existing use case reporting and stand-alone projects)
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have completed at least 60 college credit hours at time of application
- Field of study: Marketing or other related fields
- Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
- Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week)
- Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
- Strong analytical, communication, public-speaking and presentation skills
- Experience using PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Project management experience
Preferences:
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Suite and SQL is a plus

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
