Position Overview
The
Data Visualization & Audience Insights Lead will drive the development and design of dashboards, performance reports, and executive-level audience insights to support Connected Marketing Funnel initiatives that unify the customer experience across Stellantis U.S. Brand Tier 1-Tier 3 channels. This role goes beyond building visuals - it tells the story behind the numbers, translating customer behavior into marketing impact.
The individual will partner with analysts, business leads, and agency teams to define reporting needs, identify data sources, support test measurement, and communicate insights. They will also act as a key liaison between the Customer Data and the Digital Analytics teams to ensure unified customer data is leveraged effectively.
Success in this role requires strong data fluency, visualization skills, and storytelling capabilities, along with a deep understanding of the customer journey and how to communicate audience-level performance across touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Reporting & Visualization
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of performance reporting data visualization for cross-tier marketing initiatives
- Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other visualization tools
- Work with internal analytics and agency analysts to shape the story behind performance metrics and shareable insights
- Ensure consistency in reporting visuals, language, KPIs, and definitions across stakeholders
Data Strategy & Enablement
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on data availability, logic, and readiness for visualization
- Proactively identify gaps in reporting inputs and work to resolve them for future use cases
- Act as the bridge between the Customer Data Platform and reporting needs, ensuring audience-level data is properly surfaced and applied
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a connector between Customer Data & Analytics, internal business leads, analysts, test & learn, and agency partners
- Align visualization and performance reporting with connected marketing funnel goals and audience strategy
- Share performance stories and test outcomes with stakeholders in a business-relevant and visually clear format
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data visualization, performance reporting, or marketing insights
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, etc...
- Strong understanding of customer journey analytics, audience segmentation, and test measurement principles
- Ability to gather reporting requirements, define data needs, and translate into clear visual outputs
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and knowledge of data unification and audience strategy is preferred
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to present complex findings clearly to cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-tier environment with multiple agency and internal partners
- Basis SQL
- Customer Data Platforms and Audience Strategy Development a plus
- Automotive or multi-tier marketing experience a plus
