The Role
In Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) Supply Chain, we’re looking for bold thinkers and creative problem solvers who thrive in ambiguity and are driven to make a meaningful impact. Our ideal team members are customer-focused, resilient, and relentless in their pursuit of innovation—even when faced with complex challenges.
This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your business acumen, strengthen technical capabilities, and grow as a leader. Key responsibilities include analyzing risk cases, developing actionable recommendations, and balancing strategic data initiatives with process improvement efforts across multiple teams. You’ll be expected to manage daily operations while driving long-term transformation toward more efficient and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
As the team evolves, so will this role—requiring a forward-thinking mindset and expertise in data strategy and analysis to support the implementation of new tools and processes that shape the future of our supply chain.

Collaborate with future project teams to identify and address process gaps, reducing risk across the organization.
Change Advocacy
Champion transformative initiatives that lead to meaningful business improvements. Embody the “See it, Own it, Do it, Solve it” mindset.
