About the Team
We are expanding our Production-Manufacturing and Assembly team across Sakarya and looking for ZF Production System Engineer to join us in Sakarya with Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions.
What you can look forward to as ZF Production System Engineer:
- Lead lean expertise and promote knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across all areas of the Plant.
- Support the ZF PS Lead in the Plant with the implementation of the ZF Production System strategy.
- Assist the ZF PS Lead in the Plant with qualification and advanced method workshops, projects to drive transformation towards Operational Excellence.
- Encourage continuous knowledge transfer and development of Lean expertise.
- Lead systematic observation throughout the Plant organization, promoting problem-solving methodologies to achieve Plant targets.
- Support the monitoring of lean implementation progress and validate the effectiveness of necessary actions.
- Evaluate the implementation status at the Plant level together with the ZF PS Lead and propose key required activities.
- Coach and guide Plant teams in workshops, projects, and lean evaluation topics aligned with Lean philosophy.
- Promote the development of standards within expert teams for the ZF PS method box (including method ownership), ensure sustainable rollout/adherence, qualify ZF PS resources and cross-functional teams for independent method application, and lead advanced ZF PS workshops/projects in the Plant.
Your profile as ZF Production System Engineer:
- Academic degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and experience in ZF PS / Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods.
- Strong understanding of products and manufacturing processes.
- Effective leadership skills in a matrix organization with a strong team spirit.
- Advanced skills in problem analysis and solving, presenting topics, managing projects, and building teams.
- Robust internal network within Product Line/Region and Divisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluent in English.
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, coaching capabilities..
