We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Site Co Ordinator to support the Site Lead and management team in the coordination and execution of site-wide initiatives and projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and timely delivery of administrative and project-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Site Lead, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications
- Support with organizing travel and processing expenses
Project
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of site projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Maintain and update site documentation, including project plans, action trackers, and compliance records including but not limited to Health and Safety and grant processes
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for site metrics and KPIs.
Facility
- Organize and facilitate site events, training sessions, and team communications.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support site operations.
- Responsible for management of office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
- Co Ordinator of site security access update/changes
- Responsible for all facility matters and engagement with 3rd party partners as required to ensure resolution
Finance
- Responsible to coordinate setting up of new vendors in finance system, creating purchase orders and processing of invoices for payment and resolving any issues
- Responsible for budget tracking and forecasting
Co-Ordination
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3rd level business or technical qualification, or equivalent relevant industry experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with document control and compliance processes is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Limerick office three times per week, at minimum.
