Lead continuous improvement from a quality perspective, implementing Lean, Lean SS, Problem Solving, etc., to actively contribute to the company's objectives with agility and customer focus.
Coordinate and monitor the effective implementation of the Continuous Improvement plan, ensuring synchronization with the Management and Focused Improvement System.

Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement from a quality perspective, implementing Lean, Lean SS, Problem Solving, etc., to actively contribute to the company's objectives with agility and customer focus.
- Coordinate and monitor the effective implementation of the Continuous Improvement plan, ensuring synchronization with the Management and Focused Improvement System.
- Coordinate the interactions and performance of Quality & Improvement engineers in the various processes to ensure the best results in terms of Safety, Quality, People, Costs, and Production.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes in order to create interrelationships, prioritizing their alignment with business needs.
- Identify, request, monitor, and approve investment and/or improvement projects.
- Monitor the training plan for quality engineers.
