Position: Key Account Manager for Croatian market (Outside Sales)
Summary: The candidate (a citizen of the Republic of Croatia) will be an employee of Elastika Pirelli CSA based in Greece. He will report to the Sales Manager of Elastika Pirelli CSA (Greece) responsible for the export markets.
The candidate will be a Key Account Manager in Croatia responsible for the promotion of products sold and services performed by Elastika Pirelli (wholly owned subsidiary of Pirelli Group) in Croatia. The candidate will perform his work entirely within the territory of Croatia and for the Croatian market, carrying out duties on-site at existing and potential customers of Elastika Pirelli in Croatia and remotely from his home in Croatia at a limited extent due to the nature of the position. The candidate will be provided with all the necessary equipment (laptop, mobile phone, company car) in order to accomplish his duties.
Job description/ Tasks and responsibilities:
- Promotion of sales of Pirelli car tyres throughout the territory of Croatia
- Overall management of the sales cycle in his area of responsibility and the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets as set by the company.
- Development and expansion of customer base by supporting the tire wholesalers and retailers through advice, with the aim of maintaining a trusting cooperation and ensuring customer loyalty.
- Operational supervision of dealers. Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability and generally support our Company’s sales and marketing activities therein.
- Development of existing customer relationships based on strategy defined in Company’s headquarters in Greece
- Implementation of innovative sales strategies based on guidelines provided from Company’s headquarters in Greece
- Conduct market and competitive surveys and share observations and findings with his direct manager in Greece for further analysis and feedback on implemented strategy.
Requirements
- 5-10 years previous experience in sales out of which 3 or more years within tyre industry.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Active listening. Be able to listen carefully to both client's needs and the directives of his manager and Company’s leadership.

- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks and competency in using MS Office, Outlook and Sales management software/ CRM
