Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough. BMW UK, Alphabet UK, Financial Services, Farnborough – Workflow Management & Reporting - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
The role is expected to support and enable data-driven insights that can streamline bid/tender & Implementation workflows and reporting.
What awaits you?
- Workflow & Process Support
- Assist in coordinating bid/tender and Implementation workflows, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely progression.
- Support the setup and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Help monitor SLA adherence discovering and escalate bottlenecks as needed.
- Assist with the creation, review, formatting, and version control of legal documents, proposals.
- Ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and prepared to tight deadlines.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Translate data into actionable insights, identify trends, gaps, and risks, and present findings clearly.
- Maintain a knowledge repository (templates, dashboards, playbooks) support the bid/tender and Implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications and experience
- Pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field and on track to achieving a 2.2 or above.
- Prior administrative or customer-facing experience is desirable; experience in bidding/tender environments or the automotive/financial services sector is a plus but not required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); basic data analysis and documentation skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present information succinctly and professionally.
- Personal Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, and work both independently and in a team.
