Service Assistant (m/f/d)
Implementation of needs-based scheduling of service appointments and customer mobility
Personal greeting and support of customers and forwarding to the appropriate contact person
Appointment preparation and coordination with the parts department
Providing telephone information and information to customers about current Porsche Center offers
Maintenance of customer data and analysis and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Performing cash register duties
Support in the execution of mailings and evaluations of customer satisfaction in service
Creation of customer orders
Other administrative after-sales activities
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training, preferably as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d)
A high degree of service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
Ideally, proven knowledge of customer service as well as warranty and goodwill processing
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
Willingness to learn, organizational skills, and a focus on service
Comprehensive understanding of customer service processes in the dealership
Strong service and customer service skills
Class B driver's license
